Wildwood is a limited access, private, year-round leisure community nestled in the beautiful Berkshire foothills in Tolland, Massachusetts ... a natural beauty spot with two spring-fed ponds and abundant wildlife.

The 740 acre site contains a variety of homes; from log cabins to customized larger houses situated in woods, at lakeside or with a lakeside view.

Sail, canoe, wind-surf, boat (paddle, sail or electric-only power, no gasoline engines), swim our five sandy "members only" beaches with bathhouses and facilities, three tennis/basketball courts, baseball field, volleyball, shuffleboard, and two (74 and 9-acre) ponds, cross-country ski, hike our trails, bike ...

Enjoy the clubhouse, playing field / campground, picnic areas & playgrounds. Additional recreational opportunities are adjacent at Granville State Forest.
